These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gondoor ("the Platform"), operated by Gondoor ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Gondoor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gondoor. You are responsible for your account, connected services, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep access credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
Gondoor is an AI-powered platform that provides autonomous AI agents to help users build, market, and operate businesses. Depending on your configuration and enabled features, the Platform may:
Autonomous operations: Execute AI-driven workflows that plan, create content, write code, build websites, conduct research, manage email, and interact with third-party services on your behalf.
Nightly cycle: Run an autonomous evaluation and execution cycle at approximately 2:00 AM local time, during which a CEO agent evaluates your business state, prioritizes work, and dispatches tasks to specialist agents without requiring your approval.
Website deployment: Provision and deploy a live website at your designated subdomain with auto-generated content based on your business.
Business email: Provide a business email address and manage inbound and outbound email communications through an AI support agent.
Code and infrastructure: Provision code repositories, databases, and hosting infrastructure for your business application.
Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on your behalf through platform-managed advertising accounts.
Revenue collection: Facilitate payment collection from your customers through a third-party payment processor.
Content and distribution: Generate written content, social media posts, and distribute them across connected platforms.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, monitoring costs, and controlling permissions. Gondoor acts as your authorized agent when performing actions on connected services.
Gondoor is not a law firm, financial advisor, or regulated fiduciary. Do not rely on Gondoor as your sole source for legal, medical, tax, or regulatory decisions.
Free Tier: Includes access to the CEO agent chat, the nightly autonomous cycle, and basic features. No credit card required. The free nightly cycle is included permanently and is not a trial.
Pro Plan ($49/month): Includes 7 on-demand job credits per month, all agent features, business email, morning briefing emails, and search tool access.
Builder Plan ($89/month): Includes 20 on-demand job credits per month, all Pro features, code export, and additional capabilities as released.
Job Credits: Additional on-demand jobs may be purchased separately at $5 per job credit.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months except as required by law.
By enabling advertising features and setting a daily budget, you authorize Gondoor to: create advertising campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads on your behalf; spend up to your configured daily budget on advertising, plus an applicable platform fee (currently 20% of your daily budget); charge your saved payment method for incurred ad spend and platform fees; generate and upload AI-created ad creatives to advertising platforms; and pause campaigns automatically if payment fails or a policy issue arises.
You may set a daily budget between $10 and $1,000 USD. Gondoor will not exceed your configured daily budget per day, but advertising platforms may deliver spend at varying rates and actual charges may fluctuate around the daily budget.
While Gondoor's AI agents create ad content autonomously, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring ad content and targeting comply with applicable advertising platform policies. Gondoor is not liable for ad disapprovals, account restrictions, or policy violations imposed by the advertising platform.
Ad spend that has been committed to advertising platforms is non-refundable. Platform fees on delivered ad spend are non-refundable. If a campaign is paused or terminated before the budget is fully spent, no charge will be made for unspent portions.
Gondoor facilitates payment collection between you and your customers through a third-party payment processor. Gondoor is not a bank, money transmitter, or merchant of record. You are the merchant of record for transactions with your customers.
Gondoor charges a platform fee (currently 15%) on all customer payments received through the Platform. For example, a $100 customer payment results in $85 credited to your balance and $15 retained by Gondoor. We may adjust the fee rate prospectively with notice.
To withdraw funds, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) as required by our payment processor and applicable law. Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts and processing times as displayed in the Platform. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
If a customer payment is refunded or disputed (including chargebacks), the full gross amount will be deducted from your balance, including any platform fee already retained. If your balance is insufficient, you are responsible for the shortfall. Repeated chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension of payment features.
You are solely responsible for reporting income received through the Platform to applicable tax authorities. Gondoor may issue tax information forms where required by law. Gondoor does not provide tax advice.
Gondoor reserves the right to suspend, hold, or freeze funds in your account balance if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, excessive chargebacks, or illegal conduct. Suspended funds will be held pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and your account may be terminated. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any fund suspension and provide an opportunity to respond.
Your code: All code generated by AI agents for your business is yours. It is stored in a code repository provisioned for your account. You may export, fork, or migrate your code at any time.
Your data: All business data, content, research findings, and documents generated for your business are yours. You may export your data at any time.
Your website: Websites deployed for your business are yours. You retain full control and may migrate to your own hosting at any time.
Our platform: The Gondoor platform, AI agent prompts, CEO agent coordination logic, onboarding research pipeline, and all proprietary systems remain our intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract any proprietary logic, prompts, or coordination systems.
You grant Gondoor a license to host, process, and use your content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
AI agents operate autonomously but within defined limitations. Agents may not perform all tasks successfully. AI-generated content, code, and recommendations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before deploying them to production, sharing them with your customers, or relying on them for business decisions.
Specific agent limitations include but are not limited to: the Engineering agent cannot build native mobile applications; automated browser operations cannot bypass access controls or CAPTCHAs; research operations are read-only and cannot interact with external services; email operations are rate-limited; and advertising operations are constrained to budget limits you configure.
AI agents may perform destructive operations including but not limited to overwriting code, modifying databases, sending communications, and altering website content. While the Platform includes safeguards such as preview validation steps, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving agent outputs before they are deployed to production. Your approval of a preview or agent action constitutes your acceptance of the output. Gondoor is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or unintended consequences resulting from approved agent actions.
You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your code, data, and content. While Gondoor provisions infrastructure on your behalf, we do not guarantee backup or recovery services. Loss of data due to agent errors, infrastructure failures, or account termination is not covered by any warranty or liability.
We do not guarantee that advertising campaigns will achieve specific results, that AI-generated content will be error-free, or that autonomous operations will produce optimal outcomes.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest for credentials, row-level access controls, and TLS encryption for data in transit.
However, no system is perfectly secure. In the event of a security breach that compromises your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Gondoor's liability in the event of a security breach is limited to the amounts set forth in Section 15 (Limitation of Liability). We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain secure account credentials, your use of compromised third-party services, or vulnerabilities in infrastructure provisioned at your direction.
Business ideas, strategies, competitive analyses, and other non-trade-secret information submitted to the Platform are not guaranteed to remain confidential beyond the security measures described in this section and our Privacy Policy. Ideas, concepts, and business models are generally not protectable as intellectual property, and submission of such information to the Platform does not create any confidentiality obligation beyond our standard data protection practices.
Gondoor serves many users across similar industries and business categories. You acknowledge that Gondoor, its employees, and its contractors may independently develop products, features, services, or businesses that are similar to or competitive with your business or ideas. Exposure to your business information through the Platform does not restrict Gondoor's right to independently develop, market, or deploy any product or service.
Nothing in these Terms creates an exclusivity arrangement, non-compete obligation, or fiduciary duty between Gondoor and you. Gondoor does not claim ownership of your ideas but is not restricted from pursuing similar ideas independently.
The nightly cycle runs autonomously at approximately 2:00 AM local time. During this cycle, the CEO agent evaluates your business state and dispatches tasks to specialist agents based on a priority framework. You do not need to approve nightly cycle tasks in advance.
By using the Platform, you authorize Gondoor to execute autonomous operations on recurring schedules without requiring per-execution approval, including: the nightly evaluation and task execution cycle, morning briefing email delivery, email inbox management, and any other scheduled operations you enable through your account settings.
You may disable specific features or agents at any time through the CEO agent chat or your account settings, which will stop related scheduled operations.
Gondoor may send outbound emails in several contexts: operational emails related to authentication, billing, and account activity; morning briefing emails summarizing nightly agent activity; business emails sent by the Support agent on your behalf in response to customer inquiries; and outbound emails sent by the Growth agent at your direction.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to contact each recipient through the Platform. Outbound communications are rate-limited and include opt-out mechanisms. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable anti-spam laws.
You may not use Gondoor to: break laws, violate rights, or bypass platform restrictions; send spam, run abusive automation, or perform unauthorized scraping; upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Platform integrity; use advertising features to promote prohibited products or content; use AI content generation to create deceptive, misleading, harmful, or impersonation content; exceed or attempt to circumvent usage limits, budget caps, or quotas; create multiple accounts to obtain additional free resources; resell or sublicense access to the Platform; or use the Platform to compete directly with Gondoor.
During early access and alpha testing, the Platform is provided as-is. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, or contain bugs. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or uninterrupted service during early access periods. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes or outages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Platform at any time, with or without notice.
Each business on Gondoor may be assigned a subdomain (for example, yourbusiness.gondoor.app) with an auto-generated website. These sites are publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines.
You are responsible for all content displayed on your subdomain, including AI-generated content. Gondoor may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights. Subdomains are disabled upon account termination.
Content hosted on Gondoor subdomains is publicly accessible. You acknowledge that publicly accessible content, including your business name, description, pricing, and website content, may be viewed, cached, or archived by third parties including search engines, web crawlers, and competitors. Gondoor is not responsible for third-party use of publicly accessible content from your subdomain.
Gondoor is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that any agent, workflow, or autonomous operation will produce specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gondoor and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Gondoor for platform fees and subscriptions (excluding pass-through advertising spend, customer revenue, and third-party service charges) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Without limiting the above, Gondoor shall not be liable for: advertising spend passed through to advertising platforms; costs of infrastructure provisioned at your direction; actions taken by AI agents within the scope of your configured permissions; content generated by AI that is rejected or flagged by third parties; customer payment disputes, chargebacks, or refunds; data you choose to make publicly visible; or reputational damage, loss of business relationships, or harm to your brand arising from communications sent by AI agents on your behalf, content published by AI agents to your website or social media accounts, or advertising content created by AI agents.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gondoor and its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; actions taken by agents within your configured permissions; advertising content created or distributed on your behalf; outbound communications sent on your behalf; content displayed on your subdomain; disputes with your customers arising from payment processing; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for subscribed services.
Upon termination: active advertising campaigns will be paused immediately; autonomous operations and scheduled tasks will cease; your business email address will be deactivated; your subdomain website will be taken offline.
You retain ownership of your code, data, and any infrastructure you have independently migrated. Code repositories and databases provisioned for your account will remain accessible for 30 days following termination, during which you may export your data. After 30 days, these resources may be permanently deleted.
Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days by contacting legal@gondoor.app.
If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class and representative actions are not permitted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the current version. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
